â˘At AstraZeneca's Oncology R&D division, we follow the science to explore and innovate. â˘We are working towards treating, preventing, modifying, and curing complex diseases. â˘We are committed to making a difference and built our business around our passion for science. â˘We fuse data and technology with scientific innovations to achieve breakthroughs. â˘We are looking for a motivated, data-driven researcher to join our PD team as a Senior Research Associate. â˘You have knowledge of basic immunology principles, bioprocess development, and cGMP manufacturing. â˘Experience in primary cell culture (T cells preferred) in different formats including flasks and bags. â˘You will help develop a clinical manufacturing process of engineered T cells.
â˘MS degree in Immunology, Cell Biology, Molecular biology, Bioengineering, or relevant degrees with 1+ years relevant industry experience or BS degree with 2+ years relevant industry experience. â˘Experience in technical development of cell and gene therapy or biologics in early and late development setting. â˘Hands-on experience in cell and gene therapy, specifically in T cells. â˘Experience in Flow Cytometry. â˘Knowledge of cGMP manufacturing and regulations and practical experience in GMP operations. â˘Knowledge of on board diagnostics (ObD), design of experiments (DOE) and appropriate statistical analysis for process development.
