• Neon is a multi-cloud Serverless Postgres provider that is designed to make Postgres developers more productive in the cloud • We have separated compute and storage so they can scale independently • Our scale-to-zero pricing means if your database is not being used, your credit card doesn't get refused • We are a distributed team of 85 people working from 26 countries (concentrating around North America and Europe time zones) • We are a team built on open sources cultural principles (transparency, contribution, accountability, proactivity) • Team with decades of experience building databases and deep knowledge of Postgres internals. We are deeply technical • We have experienced Postgres committers and hackers on the team profiles • We believe in the efficacy of collaborative open source • We aim for a diversity of thoughts and backgrounds • We are keen to be a fast-moving flat org and avoid hierarchical structures • Top-tier investors backed up Neon's vision • Our Board includes Quentin Clark, Glenn Solomon, Joe Morrissey, and Tim Tully

Requirements

• Located in San Francisco or New York City • Technical background or foundation with a knowledge of the Dev/AI ecosystem • High energy to attend meetups, events, conferences, happy hours, etc... • Loves connecting to others and talking • Proficiency in JavaScript • Must have experience working with a developer-tool product • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team • Familiarity with command of the message sales techniques to engage and persuade prospects effectively • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously • A customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional solutions • Willingness to travel as needed for customer meetings and presentations
