ā¢ Develop and execute scalable demand generation systems (such as programs, partnerships, events, and channels) to drive inbound growth and enhance Network Right's visibility and service offerings. ā¢ Take ownership of our content strategies, including creating robust landing pages and engaging LinkedIn content to engage our audience. ā¢ Own the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market (GTM) strategy to drive adoption of our services. ā¢ Increase website traffic and web form sign ups through strategic initiatives. ā¢ Leverage tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Apollo, and Google Analytics to optimize marketing efforts. ā¢ Use data-driven insights and qualitative observations to inform business strategy and make actionable decisions. ā¢ Plan and attend local events to network and stay at the forefront of industry trends. ā¢ Build the blueprint for scaling the Marketing function at Network Right, collaborating closely with sales, operations, and finance to maintain organizational alignment and support broader business objectives. ā¢ Perform other duties and projects from time to time, as assigned.
ā¢ 5+ years of experience in product marketing or growth marketing, particularly in B2B environments. ā¢ Experience successfully executing growth and demand generation strategies in past roles, achieving and exceeding growth targets. ā¢ Networking experience and ability to build and maintain relationships with industry partners, clients, and key figures. ā¢ Demonstrated ability to swiftly try new ideas, pivot when necessary, and scale successful initiatives rapidly in a fast paced-environment. ā¢ Strong analytical skills. ā¢ Stellar written and verbal communication skills. ā¢ Well-versed in B2B GTM SaaS tools, including HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Apollo, and Google Analytics. ā¢ BA/BS degree in business or marketing preferred (quantitative focus is preferred). ā¢ Experience working with multiple types of services (MSP/VAR/SaaS/B2B, etc.) preferred. ā¢ Curious, self-starter, collaborative, and adaptable in an ever-changing field.
