Description

• Lead Salesforce Sales Cloud & Billing project implementations. • Define requirements, propose & deliver solutions for sales processes. • Configure Salesforce Solutions using platform tools. • Understand and leverage Salesforce Platform to implement scalable solutions. • Partner with AI team to create innovative Salesforce solutions. • Coach and mentor junior team members. • Interface directly with Salesforce for new solution perspectives. • Support Pre-Sales team with industry perspectives and demos. • Craft thought leadership pieces for the NeuraFlash brand. • Quickly acquire new technical expertise on Salesforce features.

Requirements

• 10+ implementations experience of Salesforce CPQ, Billing or Sales Cloud • Prior experience as a Solution Architect with Salesforce CPQ and Billing implementation or Billing system architect experience such as Salesforce, Zuora or NetSuite • 5+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development or configuration capacity • Understanding of Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, RevOps, and Business Operations with experience solving Complex Use Cases utilizing the breadth of the Salesforce Platform • Hands-on experience on building Salesforce CPQ and Billing package elements, Custom Applications, Lightning Experience, Visual Flows, Process Builders, and other Salesforce platform tools. • Understanding of Release Management, Application Lifecycle Management, Development Lifecycle and Deployment Best Practices and Governance. • Client Facing Experience in the following areas: Pre-Sales Activities, Project Management/Ownership, Discovery and Design, Delivering Solution Options to Customers, Enterprise Application Architecture. • Solid understanding of Salesforce Platform and its architecture • Related work background or educational experience in Finance or Accounting
