• Develop and articulate a compelling vision for the platform, aligning product strategy with company goals and user needs. Create a roadmap that balances innovation, user engagement, and revenue generation. • Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative product features that enhance content creation, distribution, and monetization. Ensure features are user-centric, intuitive, and drive value for both creators and audiences. • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, business development and monetization, to bring product features to life. Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence. • Keep a pulse on industry trends, competitor strategies, and technological advancements. Leverage insights to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation. • Champion the voice of the user. Conduct research and utilize data analytics to understand user behavior, preferences, and pain points. Iterate on feedback to enhance user satisfaction and engagement. • Collaborate with the monetization team to develop sustainable monetization models that benefit publishers and creators, and ensure the platform's long-term success.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally within the media, content creation, or digital publishing space. • Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, build, and launch successful digital products. • Strong leadership skills, with experience guiding cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a creative mindset. • Deep understanding of content ecosystems, digital media trends, and monetization strategies. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating teams and building strong relationships with creators and publishers. • Agile and adaptable, with a knack for thriving in ambiguous situations and driving clarity.
