Description

• Prepare reporting, analysis, commentary, and presentation materials for financial review meetings including Board Meetings and Private Equity Investor requirements. • Provide key inputs in support of the company’s detailed long-range strategic planning models. • Conduct financial modeling, financial analysis and valuation support for acquisitions, partnerships, and new product development. • Perform complex analysis of financial results and produce regular reports outlining variances and trends. • Work closely with internal department leaders on processes and analysis, including: reporting, pipeline, bookings, margin statements, profitability analysis, and capital expenditure planning. • Support budget and forecasting cycles - system, process, and financial analysis. • Analyze budget and forecast variances; work with the accounting team and department leaders to provide visibility.

Requirements

• 4 years of progressive experience in an FP&A or Corporate Finance role • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field • Advanced financial modeling skills • Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills • Advanced experience working with corporate budgeting process and detailed financial models • Experience using Financial EPM software • Ability to partner and communicate effectively with internal and external clients • Ability to successfully work across departments and building solid relationships with stakeholders throughout the company • Ability to stay organized and balance shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
