Description

• Lead and mentor the social media team to build and grow engaging online communities • Define digital strategies aligning with organizational objectives • Manage digital campaigns, team dynamics, and cross-departmental collaborations • Regularly analyze and report on the performance of digital campaigns • Stay abreast of the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies • Work closely with other marketing leaders to develop successful omnichannel marketing strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Social Media, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field • Proven experience leading social media and digital marketing teams, ideally in the mobile gaming or digital advertising industries • Strong understanding of social growth strategies and how owned and operated channels can help drive performance in user acquisition • Strong background in both ATL and BTL marketing techniques, with specific examples of past campaigns where integration led to measurable success • Excellent communication and social skills, with the ability to work effectively with creatives, agencies, and internal teams at all levels • Highly analytical with a data-driven approach to decision-making • Experience working with third party IP, operating within strict brand standards, and navigating brand feedback and approval processes • Passion for mobile gaming and a deep understanding of the gaming audience • Plus if you have a strong familiarity and knowledge of the Pokémon and Pokémon GO brands • Comfortable working in a fast-paced hybrid environment and handle stress appropriately and/or ability to solve practical problems and be sufficiently adaptable to handle dynamic situations with little advance notice • Experience working on cross-functional teams with ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal communications, including synchronous interactions with others
