Description

• Craft and implement comprehensive user acquisition strategies across multiple channels, including paid media, social media, influencer marketing and others • Lead and optimize large marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources • Troubleshoot data anomalies or tracking issues with marketing partners • Work with external creative agencies to build performance marketing creative • Collaborate with data science team to enhance UA reporting and adapt to evolving marketing metrics • Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, measure campaign performance, and optimize strategies • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives • Communicate with leadership to present insights, recommendations, and campaign results • Work in the office 2 days on Monday and Wednesday

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, statistics, finance, or related field • 4+ years experience in mobile media buying on major advertising platforms • Outstanding communication skills to translate data to business recommendations • Experience interfacing with executive leadership to share marketing campaign results • Experience managing large monthly budgets across multiple channels • Experience working with outside contractors and creative agencies • Thorough understanding of upcoming privacy changes on mobile tracking • A/B testing creative and app store assets and writing creative briefs • Strong proficiency with Excel, SQL is a plus • Blend of creativity and analytical approach to problem-solving • Experienced with market research data services • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress • Experience working on cross-functional teams • Experience working with MMP and knowledge of Apple SKAN protocols

Benefits
