Description
• We’re looking for an entrepreneurial generalist to join Nightfall in a high-impact role. You will work directly with the founders across all aspects of the company's needs and the business. • The role is a combination of Chief of Staff, entrepreneur, business development, and analyst. This role is for you if you're interested in broad exposure to many business functions and people at an extremely fast pace. • In this role, you will innovate new programs from scratch, engage cross-functionally, and operate with high ownership.
Requirements
• Computer Science background or equivalent experience software engineering experience; Comfort with technical content • Prior experience in management consulting, private equity, or venture capital or has served in a Chief of Staff or General Manager capacity previously • Thrives on multitasking & comfort with ambiguity • Fluency with modern tools for productivity and collaboration • Intellectually curious about data security and AI • Willing to make recommendations and decisions with incomplete information • Excels at receiving an open-ended project or challenge, putting structure to it, and getting it done effectively with limited guidance • Open-minded, adaptable, and has a passion for finding ways to accomplish the goal • Not intimidated by contracts or negotiations • Effective, precise, and concise communicator • High attention to detail, precision, and data-driven mindset
