Description

• Configure and maintain port forwarding setups on our clients’ network to enable vendor integrations • Utilize RPA applications such as UI Path, Automation Anywhere, or Appian to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency • Develop and maintain scripts to automate repetitive tasks and streamline workflows • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate automation solutions with existing systems and technologies • Monitor and troubleshoot automation processes to ensure optimal performance and reliability • Write scripts to submit files securely to SFTP servers and manage file transfers efficiently

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in configuring port forwarding setups, whitelisting IP addresses, and automating manual processes • Bachelor's degree • Proficiency in at least one RPA software such as UI Path, Automation Anywhere, or Appian • Scripting skills (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation and process optimization • Familiarity with network security principles and best practices • Ability to work independently and drive initiatives across departments • Innovative mindset with a passion for driving process improvements in a growing company
