Description

• Responsible for processing accounts receivable transactions • Develop expert knowledge of invoicing, email collaboration, and spreadsheet tools • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and customers • Ensure accurate and timely processing and settlement of transactions • Manage audit queries related to accounts receivable • Comfortable with crypto wallets and crypto accounting • Use a wide range of software tools • Handle other back-office processes in addition to accounts receivable

Requirements

• Experience in creating multi-currency and cryptocurrency invoices • Previous accounts receivable experience • Collaborative teamwork skills • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Extreme attention to detail • Advanced Google Sheets skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently • Ability to quickly learn new software
