• Manage the CEO's calendar and support senior executives. • Handle administrative tasks related to the CEO. • Demonstrate strong writing and communication skills. • Support company-wide events and work cross-functionally with Marketing. • Conduct occasional office admin tasks in-person.
• 5+ years experience as an Executive Assistant providing support to a senior executives. • Advanced PC skills (proficient using Google Suite, Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and the Internet). • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal). • Analytical, strong problem solver and extremely organized. • Capable of managing multiple projects, competing priorities, and tight deadlines simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards. • Efficiently manage and prioritize executive's inbox, ensuring timely responses, categorizing emails based on urgency and importance, and flagging critical communications for immediate attention. • Strong adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness. • A proactive approach to problem solving with strong decision making skills. • Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. • Able to coordinate some office admin tasks: postal/ shipping carrier tasks, mail management. • Startup experience. • Nice to have: • Background in business operations.
