Description
• Develop and implement comprehensive information security strategy • Build and enforce strict security standards • Identify and mitigate risks to company information and assets • Oversee incident response plans • Ensure regulatory compliance and manage audits • Evaluate and manage relationships with security service providers • Promote culture of information security awareness • Support hiring, training, and performance evaluation of security team members
Requirements
• 10+ years experience in information security • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field • Professional security management certification (e.g., CISSP, CISM) • Track record of developing security strategies and policies • Knowledge of security frameworks, regulations, and best practices • Experience with incident response, threat modeling, security assessments, and audits • Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and team management skills • Effective communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to work under pressure
