Description

• Seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join IT team • Play a pivotal role in shaping technology landscape • Focus on G&A applications and Clinical development systems • Deep understanding of Pharma research and clinical operations systems required • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute technology roadmaps that drive growth and innovation • Skilled in IT strategy, digital transformation, leveraging technology to achieve business objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, systems administration, or similar roles • Strong understanding of business processes in G&A functions and early to mid-stage Clinical Development • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Superior communication and documentation skills • Experience with requirements gathering and process mapping • Familiarity with project management methodologies • Basic understanding of regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry, including GxP, SOX, and GDPR
