Description
• Develop and grow IP Licensing and ASIC business • Deliver on Revenue, Gross Margin, and Design Win goals • Prospecting for new accounts and identifying new opportunities • Developing strong trustworthy relationships with senior-level managers • Negotiation of contracts for Silicon IP Licensing, and Turnkey ASIC • Forecasting immediate revenue and long-term growth outlook • Identifying customer’s immediate and future requirements, market trends • Aligning product development, manufacturing, and investment strategies
Requirements
• Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent • US National or visa authorization for U.S. employment • High-energy and self-driven with strong ability to take ownership of customer relationships • Team player with excellent communication and listening skills • Strong project management and negotiating skills • Experience in Semiconductor industry • Practical experience selling semiconductors, IP, foundry services or ASIC • Proven success in penetrating and developing relationships with new accounts • Experience with Analog and Mixed Signal, ASIC, or SoC Technologies • Experience in detailed forecasting and sales opportunity funnel management • Target-oriented, with a track record in sales growth combined with excellent customer satisfaction • Working knowledge of salesforce.com or equivalent and other common software • Excellent presentation skills • Strong semiconductor industry network with pre-existing executive relationships • Good knowledge base and industry background in semiconductors, communications, Lidar, Radar, automotive semiconductors
