Description

• Solving complex problems that arise at scale. We deal with real-world money movement, sensitive financial data at scale, and are creating novel financial mechanics with no real precedent. • Working closely with other engineers to ship code. We enjoy collaboration and partnering on hard problems. • Developing and maintaining robust and secure infrastructure, optimizing for high transaction volumes, data sensitivity, and compliance needs. • Building and maintaining documentation. As a growing and remote organization, having the necessary docs are key to our success.

Requirements

• Proven skills in building secure, reliable platforms; bonus if you have an understanding of financial industry-specific challenges and regulations. • A relentless focus on securing sensitive financial data, and ensuring platform reliability and performance. • Passion for your craft and care for the people you work with. You value quality across code, communication, and culture. • Initiative to constantly improve platform resilience and efficiency, especially in the fast-paced fintech environment. We have a bias toward taking action. • Experience with and a desire to work in or learn a functional style of programming.
