• Lead and mentor a team of Client Success Managers, focusing on performance and professional development. • Ensure client needs shape business decisions, implementing practices that align with client expectations and business goals. • Actively engage with clients, resolve issues, and foster loyalty through frequent outreach. • Identify gaps in product usage and develop strategies to drive revenue growth. • Hold your team accountable for meeting targets and key performance metrics. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication.
• 3+ years managing teams. • 6+ years in sales or account management, ideally selling software to professional services. • Experience driving revenue growth and proven ability to exceed targets and manage a diverse client portfolio. • Strong background in consultative sales and trust-based client relationships. • Client-focused with a passion for excellence. • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills. • Experience with web technologies and selling SaaS solutions. • Knowledge of civil litigation processes is a plus. • Willingness to travel up to 15% for in-person meetings and events.
