• Develop and execute field marketing plans to support global marketing and revenue objectives • Effectively manage event timelines, budgets and logistics with a bias toward communication and details • Manage end-to-end logistics for tradeshows, company events, webinars, partner events, and more • Coordinate speaking slots at applicable events, rallying our internal Speakers Bureau for topics and speakers • Measure and analyze performance of field marketing events, including awareness, lead generation, and sales performance • Closely collaborate with product marketing, sales leadership, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment in messaging, branding, and positioning
• 4+ years in a Field Marketing role at a software company • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, business, or related field • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to coordinate many details on tight timelines with competing priorities • Proven track record of delivering complex and highly detailed marketing projects on time and on budget • A self-starter with the ability to suggest new ways to amplify our brand presence through field marketing activities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
