• Utilize AI models and algorithms to optimize investment due diligence and decision-making processes • Collaborate with data & financial analysts to translate complex financial data and research into robust AI applications • Integrate AI solutions into our investment platform, ensuring seamless interaction with existing systems and data pipelines • Use latest techniques in prompt engineering, RAG, and fine-tuning to ensure performance performance, scalability, and reliability • Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI models and pipelines to ensure accuracy and robustness • Monitor and maintain AI systems, addressing any issues or improvements as needed • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies and apply them to solve complex financial problems • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Participate in code reviews, contribute to team knowledge, and mentor junior engineers as needed
• 4-year technical degree (or equivalent work experience) • 2+ years software development experience with a focus on generative AI, including use of RAG, fine tuning, and prompt engineering • Familiarity with AI application architectures • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) • Exposure to data science and data engineering, particularly with ingestion pipelines and data quality • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Familiarity with financial markets and investment strategies is a plus
