Description

• We are looking for a detail-oriented senior accountant to perform and coordinate accounting duties within our organization. • The senior accountant's responsibilities include preparing financial reports, performing account reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger, assisting the tax accountant with tax returns, assisting with audit preparations, and performing other accounting duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented; proficiency for accuracy; dependable; positive attitude; team player. • Strong MS Office experience and proficiency with developing and using spreadsheets and/or databases. • Bachelor's degree in accounting and minimum of 5 years of manufacturing accounting experience required • Above-average communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and take ownership of assigned projects. • NetSuite experience preferred. • Ability to identify improvement areas and drive automation in accounting processes. • Prior experience managing accounting activities for multiple sites • Understanding of U.S. GAAP as it applies to a manufacturing environment is required • Travel up to 30
