Description
• As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping Overjet’s Practice products • You excel at simplifying complex workflows and are a hands-on designer who thrives on engaging with customers, incorporating their feedback, and collaborating closely with engineers and Product Managers to bring your ideas to life • This role is based 1-2 days per week out of our Palo Alto office hub
Requirements
• 5+ years in B2B enterprise software product design with a strong portfolio of end-to-end experience • Expertise in design principles and methodologies, including user-centered design, competitor analysis, user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes • Proficient in creating high-fidelity mockups and prototypes using Figma • Experience in planning, conducting, and analyzing usability testing through various methods • Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional partners • Ability to thrive in ambiguity, prioritize work based on user needs and business goals, and drive product ideas independently • Enthusiasm for learning, entrepreneurship, and taking projects from inception to launch in a high-growth startup environment
