Description
• Proactively send personalized text messages to customers who have left items in their • shopping carts. • Respond promptly to customer inquiries about products, shipping, or other concerns via text. • Offer promotional discounts or exclusive offers to encourage purchase completion. • Track and report on interactions with customers, documenting successful recoveries. • Maintain a friendly, customer-focused tone in all communications. • Work closely with the different ecommerce teams to stay updated on inventory, offers, • and product details.
Requirements
• Strong written communication skills with an ability to tailor messages to customers. • Ability to work East coast hours: 10am - 8pm ET • Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously. • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or ecommerce (preferred). • Familiarity with text-based sales tools or CRM platforms is a plus
