Description
• Review and maintain relevant data required to calculate commissions (e.g., comp plan terms, employee target incentives, etc.) in our compensation system. • Identify and troubleshoot system and data variances and provide resolutions. • Respond to commissions and bonus inquiries that include conducting research and preparing commission-related adjustments. • Provide ad-hoc and regular reporting, analysis, and key projects for consumption by business partners in sales, sales finance, accounting and other areas of the business. • Perform in-depth analysis on compensation data sets to surface information critical for the business to make informed decisions. • Assist in implementation and administration of compensation plans, policies, and programs.
Requirements
• 2-5 years of experience in Business Operations in a fast-paced or dynamic environment. Knowledge of Sales Compensation, FP&A and/or Finance operations preferable. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel. • Ability to spend 3 - 4 days per week in-office.
