Description
• Integral part of the Sales Finance team • Implement global incentive compensation program • Review and maintain data for calculating commissions • Provide ad-hoc and regular reporting and analysis for business partners • Assist in implementing and administering compensation plans, policies, and programs
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in Sales Compensation, FP&A, or Finance related roles • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Background in Finance, Economics, Math, or another analytical field preferred • Effective verbal and written communicator • Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks and changing priorities
