Description
• Build and optimize processes that ensure smooth collaboration on localization projects, big and small • Take ownership of all localization projects, manage them end-to-end and measure their results • Proactively support our Sales and CX teams with localized assets • Manage our localization budget to optimize the ROI of localization • Identify new tools, vendors, and contractors who can help us scale
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience as a localization project manager, preferably in a SaaS company • Experience working with cross-departmental teams (marketing, engineering, sales) • Comfortable with fast-paced environments, good at building remote relationships, great communication skills • Experience with vendor and budget management • Dedication to delivering internal customer service, with proactive response to stakeholder needs • Self-starter, a proactive and curious person, always focused on improving the way we do things • People person - a great communicator who enjoys working with people from all over the world • Well-organized, and results-driven with attention to detail which allows you to successfully manage multiple projects • Ability to prioritize and work under pressure - with tight deadlines and multiple stakeholders
