• Develop systems that work at the intersection of terrestrial camera and geospatial data • Own the software algorithms that estimate locations, stitch panoramas, and contextually visualize real world information • Improve geometrics models and provide invertible mappings between domains • Optimize our camera capture systems to get the best images for fire detection • Develop methods to map AI predictions to other data sources utilizing geometric transforms and artificial intelligence • Analyze the results and compare between different algorithms to select the most appropriate mechanism • Implement these algorithms so that they can be deployed to our production systems and drive significant improvements in our business metrics • Manage and optimize geometric systems across in-house and cloud systems, taking advantage of the latest technical developments
• 5+ years of industry experience plus a MS in Computer Science – OR – 3+ years of industry experience plus a PhD in Computer Science • 3+ years of industry experience in computer vision, with specific experience in imaging and geometry • 3+ years of experience programming in Python
