Requirements
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred. • Proven experience in growth engineering, product management, or a similar role with a strong track record of driving successful growth initiatives. • Demonstrated experience leading and managing engineering teams, focusing on mentorship and team development. • Expertise in growth hacking techniques, data analysis, and performance optimization. • Proficiency in modern programming languages and technologies relevant to growth engineering. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
