Description
• Lead strategy, prioritization and execution for Parafin’s Merchant Decisioning team • Partner closely with Data Science, Finance, Product Operations and CX to understand small business problems and business goals • Partner with engineering, design and content strategy to develop solutions that solve small business problems while keeping in mind Parafin’s business goals • Work with the founders to lay out the long-term strategy for the business
Requirements
• 5+ years of fintech product management experience • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate vision and streamline execution across different internal and external teams • Strong product and business sense • Ability to drive strategic decisions • Data-driven thinking with experience in data analytics tools • B2B commercial sense is required • Software engineering or technical experience • Experience taking a product from 0 to 1 • Experience working with enterprise customers
