• Manage cross-functional projects and initiatives that drive the growth and success of the company • Learn to anticipate the CEO’s perspective and thought process to provide leverage and unblock teammates • Act as a trusted partner to the CEO for new ideas and initiatives • Partner with the Communications team to develop and execute internal and external communications • Attend all of the CEO’s meetings and ensure follow ups are completed • Work with the COO and head of product to facilitate regular executive team rhythm of business • Run the CEO’s weekly operating rhythm • Ensure the CEO has full context ahead of all engagements
• 10+ years of experience operating in a product led company, ideally in a role demonstrating strong partnership with product teams • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and influence others to achieve a common goal • Demonstrate first principles thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights • Distill complexity into clear and concise messaging; effective across various mediums • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, with a focus on results and outcomes • Experience working with executive teams and boards of directors • Speed matters; take rapid and decisive steps forward in ambiguity • Willingness to travel
