Description

• Manages all aspects of complex projects from inception to conclusion on time and within budget • Creates project charter and manages scope of the project • Leads, facilitates, coordinates, and tracks day-to-day activities required for project completion • Acts as the point of contact on assigned projects • Facilitates and troubleshoots problems associated with project development and design • Coordinates schedules and creates project plans • Demonstrates a proactive approach to identify risks and develop action plans • Provides leadership, direction, and communication for customers and project team • Accurately forecasts project go-live and quarterly revenue • Uses governance tools to effectively manage projects • Performs project and workflow designs • Develops and delivers effective presentations • Implements and supports healthcare IT software solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • Project management experience required • Specific knowledge of PACS/Medical Imaging required • Prefer experience implementing and supporting healthcare IT software solutions • Prefer knowledge of hospital systems and procedures • Must be technologically proficient • CIIP certification helpful • Prefer knowledge of Basecamp (project management & Team communication tool) • Strong organizational skills • Proven customer service skills • Understanding of medical imaging challenges • Experience writing scope of work • Knowledge of project management methodologies • Healthcare project management experience • Understanding of clinical workflows • Able to effectively work across multiple departments • Able to effectively complete project closure • Apply professional and soft skills • Collaboration and negotiation skills
