Description

• With the Brand and Growth Teams, develop and execute content strategies that align with brand objectives and drive sales with target audiences (both consumer and healthcare professionals) • Create content plans and editorial calendars to ensure a consistent and cohesive brand voice across all channels • Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to gather insights to inform content decisions • Write clear, concise, and compelling copy for a variety of mediums, including website copy, email campaigns, social media posts, educational videos, advertisements, and more • Brainstorm creative concepts and ideas for marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches • Collaborate with designers and other creatives to develop innovative and impactful campaign assets • Tailor messaging to different audience segments and platforms while maintaining brand tone of voice consistency • Conduct thorough research on industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform copywriting decisions, and inspire new ideas and approaches • Review and edit copy to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines • Work closely with scientific communications specialists to ensure scientific accuracy of content and copy • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize copy performance and drive desired outcomes • Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure all copy meets regulatory requirements and industry standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field (Master's degree preferred) • 5+ years of experience in copywriting or content creation, preferably in a consumer marketing or advertising agency environment. Experience in the consumer health, wellness, supplements or scientific industries is a bonus • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex scientific information into clear and compelling messages for diverse audiences • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of writing samples across different mediums and platforms • A proven track record of developing and implementing successful communication strategies that drive engagement and support business objectives • Deep understanding of consumer behavior, marketing principles, and brand storytelling • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment • Proficiency in Google Workspace and content management systems (CMS) • Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword research tools is a plus
