• Provide leadership and management of US and overseas Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable teams. • Achieve efficient cash collection and payment metrics while optimizing cash flow. • Define, standardize and streamline standard operating procedures and manage ongoing training programs. • Develop and implement best practices, including assistance with the scoping and implementation of systems and tools. • Prepare and present monthly reporting for senior management to address risk concentrations. • Assist with parts of the month end close including analysis, reviewing journal entries and/or account reconciliations. • Ensure timely delivery of audit schedules and direct interface with external auditors. • Ensure SOX compliance by monitoring accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls. • Select, manage, train, and develop staff. Establish objectives and assignments and provide ongoing feedback through performance reviews and development plans.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field with 10+ years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience • 8+ years of experience in a supervisory role desired • Proven ability to build and lead teams • Strong analytical abilities • Proficient in use of technology • Strong project management and presentation skills • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize assignments while handling various projects simultaneously
