Description
• The Sr Solutions Architect will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing data models that bridge SAP systems with EDWs. • The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP data structures, the ability to extract and integrate this data into an EDW, and experience in migrating data to platforms like Snowflake. • This role requires a visionary leader who can guide clients through complex data migrations and design scalable solutions.
Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in data architecture, with a strong focus on SAP data models and EDW integration. • Deep understanding of SAP data structures, including experience with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, BW. • Proven experience in extracting data from SAP systems and integrating it into EDW platforms. • Programming expertise: in Java, Python and/or Scala • Core cloud data platforms: including Snowflake, AWS, Azure, Databricks and GCP • SQL and the ability to write, debug, and optimize SQL queries • Preferred experience in migrating data from SAP to Snowflake, including data transformation and ETL processes. • Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, ETL tools, and cloud data platforms. • Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver results on time and within budget. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
