Description
• Drive the success of prescription fulfillment across internal pharmacy team and partners • Define and drive product strategy and roadmap for prescription fulfillment processes • Identify requirements from internal stakeholders and deliver needs collaboratively • Create new platform capabilities to expand reach to new types of medication • Continually evolve and iterate to improve operational metrics • Set, monitor, and deliver on metrics-based goals • Participate in user research and process analysis to inform future plans
Requirements
• A passion for helping patients and a get-it-done approach • 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a software setting • Strong track record and passion for driving operations platforms and managing complex systems • Ability to articulate business strategy and translate it into product deliverables • Fluency defining and drawing insights from metrics and research • Familiarity with technical concepts and ability to work with engineers on trade-offs • Relevant educational background (preferred)
