• We are seeking a dynamic Growth Engineer (Full-Stack, with a focus on Front-End) to join the Pika team and drive our product-led growth initiatives. Requirements
• Full-Stack Engineering Experience: Experience in full-stack development, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both front-end and back-end development. • Product Sense: Strong understanding of user needs and the ability to meet them through product development. • Growth Mindset: Keen interest in growth and the business side of tech, with a talent for identifying and exploiting growth opportunities. • Analytical Skills: Competence with analytics and experimentation tools to measure and optimize growth initiatives. • Versatility: Ability to handle a broad range of engineering tasks, from developing internal tools to crafting features that elevate the user experience. • Adaptability: Flexible, agile approach to development, capable of pivoting between projects and adapting to emerging technologies. • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities, ready to tackle complex engineering challenges and contribute to all aspects of the product development lifecycle. • Communication: Excellent communication skills, able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and articulate technical concepts to a variety of team members across product and marketing. • Design Skills (Not a must): Experience or skills in design to help create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
