Description
• We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our sales pod. The BDR will work closely with the Account Executive and Sales Executive to identify and generate qualified prospects through cold email, cold calling, social selling, and networking. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to succeed.<br><br>
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. • 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development, title related experience preferred. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • American English accent. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Ability to work in US East Coast business hours. • Ability to join Zoom and Teams calls with clients as needed during the work day. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Hubspot CRM software.
