Description

• As a Product Owner, responsible for requirements drafting, prioritization, and delivery of Pixelogic platform applications to internal and external customers. • Engaging with user groups to gather information and set a product direction supporting the company’s overall strategy and goals. • Leading the effort to refactor and reorganize the Distribution Authoring tools and processes while focusing on integration points with the broader pHelix ecosystem (orders, assets, metadata, and orchestration). • Refactoring and reorganizing the Distribution Authoring tools and processes while focusing on integration points with the broader pHelix ecosystem. • Working on the next generation of the pHelix Distribution Authoring platform leveraging mezzanine components along the end-to-end digital distribution pipeline. • Being part of a team pushing products forward to deliver complex, innovative, time-sensitive, and highly visible entertainment content.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences, Software Engineering, Technology Management or similar. • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a related industry. • Advanced knowledge of product development and its role within the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle). • Experience in product development planning and providing leadership. • Ability to collaborate with IT & software development engineers and report to senior managers. • Extensive experience in software product engineering, deployment, and integration. • Ability to evaluate product performance metrics, as well as diagnose and resolve issues. • Ability to keep up with advancements in the field of technical product development. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Experience with industry-related tools for Product Development including Jira, Confluence, and others. • Understanding of media, preferably professional film, and television • Experience working with distributed teams.
