Description
• Seeking a talented and highly motivated individual with a strong background in synthetic organic chemistry • Design and synthesis of novel chemical entities optimized for potency, selectivity, and efficacy • Hybrid position, requiring 3 days/week at Pliant (South San Francisco)
Requirements
• BS in Chemistry with 4+ years of experience in synthetic organic/medicinal chemistry, or MS with 2+ years of experience • Demonstrated experience in organic synthesis, purification methods, and compound characterization • Organized, detail-oriented, excellent record-keeping skills, verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work independently and perform well in a team environment • Understanding of medicinal chemistry concepts
Benefits
• Salary range: $115K – $120K • Equity • Annual target bonus for fulltime positions
