• Seek out and recruit job candidates through various methods such as networking, social media, online job boards, and employee referrals • Review resumes and applications and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications • Coordinate and schedule on-site interviews with hiring managers and team members • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future job openings • Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent • Develop and maintain relationships with universities, job boards, and other recruitment channels
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field • 3+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition • Experience with applicant tracking systems and other HR software • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team • Detail-oriented and highly organized • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
