Description

• The Accounting Policy Manager will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of the company's accounting policies and procedures. • This position requires a deep understanding of accounting principles, regulatory requirements, and industry practices. • The successful candidate will provide technical accounting guidance, support financial reporting, and collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with GAAP and other relevant standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or Master’s degree in accounting required. • CPA required. • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in public accounting (Big 4 required) or a combination of public accounting and industry experience. • Experience with accounting software and financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, Floqast, Microsoft Excel, Alteryx, SmartView) is required. • In-depth knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex accounting concepts to non-financial stakeholders. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships across functions. • High level of integrity and professionalism. • Demonstrates ability to lead initiatives that require definition, cooperation and conflict resolution with peers, cross-functional teams, and senior leadership.
