Description

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. • Collaborate with executive leadership and senior leaders in product & engineering to align priorities and business objectives. • Drive the development of consumer-facing health tech products, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and deliver exceptional user experiences. • Define and drive technical roadmaps, set engineering priorities, and ensure timely delivery of features. • Champion the use of modern technologies, tools, and processes to enhance product development efficiency and quality. • Foster a collaborative environment where cross-functional teams work together seamlessly to achieve shared objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 6 years in a leadership role • Experience leading engineering teams in a consumer-facing tech company with a strong track record of delivering scalable, high-quality products in a fast-paced environment • Deep understanding of modern software development practices, including agile methodologies, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), and microservices architecture • Familiarity with mobile and web technologies, and health tech regulations (HIPAA, GDPR) • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the passion to inspire and motivate
