Description
• Lead finance function spanning strategic finance, FP&A, and accounting • Oversee budgeting processes and daily financial operations • Deliver actionable financial insights and compliance matters • Manage relationships with outside auditors and lenders
Requirements
• 12+ years of finance experience, with a minimum of 4 years in a finance leadership role • Proven track record overseeing strategic and day-to-day financial and accounting operations • CPA and/or investment banking or corporate development experience preferred • Knowledgeable of international trade, regulatory and compliance matters • Leadership and people-management experience in a fast-paced environment • Nice to have experience in capital/equipment intensive businesses • Nice to have experience in health-tech/health systems • Nice to have experience in international expansion • Familiarity with Netsuite ERP
