Description
• Collaborate with various teams across the company • Drive product design and definition based on customer/market problems • Assist in creating and maintaining product roadmap • Establish customer relationships and feedback loops • Communicate product strategy and plans to stakeholders • Troubleshoot product issues and identify enhancement opportunities • Support go-to-market needs and prioritization
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in product management, support, or services • Excellent communication and organization skills • Experience with CRM systems • Proficient in Agile environments • Ability to understand customer problems and priorities • Risk identification and mitigation capabilities • Customer-centric with high level of user empathy • Passion for continuous learning and improvement • Bonus: experience in HCM or HR Technology, Pragmatic Marketing framework, working with UX Designers, high understanding of PrismHR or PEO/Human Capital Management Outsourcing arena
