• Partner with Product Management (PM) & User Experience Designers (UX) to discover and translate customer needs • Responsible for driving the creation of User Stories • Act as a primary point of contact to triage escalated issues • Help ensure Product Management is successful at building and maintaining a centrally located roadmap
• 3+ years of Business / Product Analyst experience or equivalent • Experience using the PrismHR platform preferred • Great understanding of the Payroll workflow and associated requirements pertaining to HR service providers (PEOs) and SMBs • Excellent communication and organization skills • Experience working in an Agile environment
