Description

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy that aligns with business goals and drives brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation • Produce high-quality content across various formats, including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, case studies, infographics, videos, webinars, and social media posts • Manage the editorial calendar, ensuring a consistent and timely flow of content that supports marketing campaigns and initiatives • Optimize content for search engines to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings • Conduct research to understand the needs, interests, and challenges of our target audience, ensuring content is relevant and valuable • Work closely with product marketing, demand generation, design, and sales teams to create content that supports product launches, campaigns, and sales enablement • Develop and execute content distribution strategies to maximize reach and engagement across owned, earned, and paid channels • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, leveraging insights to refine and improve content strategies • Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all content, ensuring it resonates with our audience and supports our brand positioning • Establish Productboard as a thought leader in the product management space through insightful and authoritative content - engage internal evangelists and influential voices in Product Management • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging content formats to keep our content strategy innovative and competitive

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in content marketing, journalism, communications, or a related field • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a portfolio of published content • Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress), SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush), and social media platforms • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously • Ability to analyze content performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and levels • Innovative and creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
