• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in Enterprise B2B SaaS. • Proficient in product management tooling and familiar with frameworks and methodologies such as lean, JTBD, agile, and various prioritization techniques. • Great understanding of technology and product architecture. • Experience in working on complex collaborative products that are architected as modular and extensible platforms or at least have some aspects of a modern platform approach. • Strong track record of delivering products with cross-functional teams to enterprise customers. Appreciation and understanding of the complex needs of large enterprise organizations. • Highly skilled in conducting user research and building empathy with customers. • Experience with business intelligence and product analytics tools to measure the success of your team's efforts. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings clearly to diverse audiences, including senior executives internally and externally. • Proactive, curious, and independent, with a passion for solving broader problems, advancing your craft, and driving company-wide impact. • Experience in mentoring and coaching junior colleagues, as well as leading across the company through indirect influence. • Educational background in computer science or related practice. A reputable tech industry-focused MBA is a strong plus.
