• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with company goals and user needs. • Prioritize and manage a long-term roadmap, from content production to core app features like user profiles, endorsements, and game recommendations. • Create strategies that help users build meaningful connections and interactions within the app, including enhancing the "friend graph," user profile customization, and the "TeamUp" experience. • Lead the development of features like referrals, endorsements, and game modules tailored to user behavior. • Ensure the app is a trusted and safe environment for users through verification processes, privacy controls, and reporting/blocking flows. • Stay updated on privacy and child safety laws to maintain compliance and set competitive benchmarks for user safety. • Drive partnerships focused on user health and safety, including potential toxic user rehabilitation initiatives. • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and customer support teams to bring features to life. • Partner with moderation teams to maintain a healthy and positive community. • Analyze user data, market trends, and feedback to inform product decisions and optimize the user experience. • Conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and continuously evolve product features. • Clearly communicate product goals, milestones, and progress to internal stakeholders and executives.

Requirements

• Experience: 3-5 years of product management experience in social apps, gaming, or tech, with a proven ability to drive results in user-centric products. • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration. • Strategic Mindset: Strong analytical and strategic skills with the ability to develop comprehensive product strategies. • User-Centered Focus: Passionate about delivering top-notch user experiences, especially for younger demographics like Gen Z. • Technical Acumen: A good understanding of technical concepts and experience working closely with engineering teams. • Problem Solving: Able to handle complex challenges, make data-driven decisions, and prioritize effectively. • Project Management: Experience managing multiple projects and delivering quality outcomes on time.
