Description

• Responsible for leading and developing an elite team of engineers in the Infrastructure as Code space at Pulumi. • Ensure team performance, set high standards, and foster collaboration. • Advocate for customer needs and deliver products that drive customer success. • Provide technical leadership, guide architecture discussions, and champion a DevOps culture.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager or in a similar leadership role. • Strong technical background with the ability to guide design and architecture. • Hands-on experience in coding and technical problem-solving. • Comfort with building and iterating on both Open Source and Enterprise products. • Comfort with all/some of the following: Amazon Web Services, MySQL, Elasticsearch, AI/ML, building robust and resilient systems. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Experience in a fast-paced, agile environment is a plus.
