Description
• PushPress is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to grow and lead our engineering team responsible for PushPress Core, our member management and billing platform used by over 4,000 gyms daily. As a hands-on technical leader, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software that empowers gym owners and members worldwide. We are looking for a leader with a strong execution mindset, who can provide coaching and technical guidance to our engineers, collaborate effectively with product and business, and contribute to the success of the core platform.
Requirements
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Engineering Manager with a proven track record of leading and growing high-performing teams. • At least 6 years of overall software engineering experience in full-stack development with proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Express, React, and Next.js. • Hands-on coding experience and the ability to dive deep into technical discussions and provide guidance to engineers. • A strong sense of ownership in leading projects from concept to launch • Experience working in an early-stage startup environment with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic setting. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships with product and business.
