• We’re seeking a curious Marketing Operations Analyst with a strong analytical background to conduct research to understand our business processes, input, analyze and interpret data for key stakeholders to make strategic planning decisions. • You are an eager self-starter who can manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines thanks to stellar planning and project management skills. If asked, your colleagues would describe you as both creative and process oriented. You thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environments. • Essential Functions include data analysis, documentation, reporting, audience segmentation, and system management.

Requirements

• 3 + years of professional experience under your belt in an analytics or related function. • Robust experience using Microsoft Excel and any statistical data packages for data analysis. • Basic experience with PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. • Great communicator with strong writing skills. • Analytically savvy. You’re able to understand complex information and communicate it clearly and concisely to others. • Consider yourself curious and up for a challenge. You’re eager to do the best work of your life with a great excitement to learn. • Call yourself a problem solver. When you detect a problem, you dive deeper and deeper until you have a solution. • Service-oriented. You’re quick to respond to your teams’ needs, willingly providing comprehensive solutions.
